Courtyard by Marriott Norwich

We were greeted by Betty, who was the nicest person to be greeted by at a hotel. She was extremely friendly, made additional accommodations for our family and was very patient with us a check-in. It was a great start to a great stay. The pool was clean and the water was nice and warm. The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

The staff was competent, helpful and pleasant. We requested a different room after the first night and we’re moved quickly without any problem. The restaurant located in a building in front of the hotel is excellent. The bistro in the hotel makes good food to order for breakfast.

The hotel rooms were great, the beds were comfortable and gave more than enough pillows. Towels were changed on request promptly also. Facilities were good and the staff were super helpful everytime assistance was required.

Great location, always very clean, all the rooms have streaming service options on the TVs which is something most other hotels around here don’t have, very relaxing color scheme (neutral/cool tones are ideal for unwinding—unlike the ugly off-yellows and reds often seen in hotels), most comfy pillows ever, the list goes on and on.

I had dinner and breakfast food was perfect and hot coffee excellent and staff very personable
